Billing questions
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes, at any time from the Billing page inside your dashboard. You keep access to your plan until the end of the current billing period, and you will not be charged again after cancellation.
When does my monthly mix limit reset?
On the monthly anniversary of the date your plan started - not the first of the calendar month. If you subscribed on the 14th, your allowance resets on the 14th of each month. Annual plans reset monthly in exactly the same way.
Can I upgrade or downgrade mid-cycle?
Yes. You can change plan at any time from the Billing page and the new mix allowance applies immediately. Stripe prorates the difference, so you only pay for what is left of the current period.
What is the difference between MP3 and WAV output?
WAV is lossless (16-bit / 44.1 kHz) and is the right choice as your archive master and for uploading to platforms that re-encode, such as SoundCloud. A 320 kbps MP3 is far smaller and is the practical choice for sharing and for very long mixes. Any paid plan lets you choose either; the Free plan outputs 320 kbps MP3.
How long are my files kept?
Both your upload and your finished master stay available for 24 hours after processing completes, on every plan, then they are permanently deleted. Download and back up your master as soon as it is ready.
Do I need a card to start?
No. The Free plan needs no card. It gives you two mixes in your first month, then one a month, mastered with the Streaming / Radio profile and delivered as a 320 kbps MP3.
What happens if I do not use my mixes in a month?
Unused monthly mixes do not roll over - each window starts fresh. Pay-as-you-go credits work differently: they are not tied to a month and stay valid for 12 months from purchase.
